Visible Alert for multiple tickets raised about a single asset

Ideally in the technician view is it possible to have an alert indicating that a single asset is tagged in more that one ticket.  We find that this is particularly useful in shared spaced where a fault might be reported more than once.  We then have the option of merging the ticket, closing or cancelling the duplicate, or acting on it separately.
