I'd like to have it so that if I make a custom field (or any field) required, that I can differentiate between required on save and required on close.
For example, if I require a custom field for work time (because I can't make the current one required), when the ticket is entered work time would have to be entered as well. Since the ticket is just being created, the technician would have no idea how much time they are going to work on it.
