When a client ends up with tickets in more than one account it is pain to manually have to move the tickets from one account to another, then delete the duplicate account. I see this as being a simple client search that results in multiple accounts being retrieved, then a check box next to the duplicate account and an option to "Merge Accounts". A screen is then presented to identify the master(aka target) account. A warning message "are you sure". Then all of the tickets in the non-master account(s) are moved to the master account (simply changing the client id on the ticket).
When this is completed an option to delete the non-master accounts could be presented. If YES then bulk delete the non-master accounts (aka set the delete flag on the client record). If NO then just return to the search screen.
