I would like to see a preference for a Service Request Threshold per Request Type where if there are multiple tickets that come in with a specified time period, WHD would automatically ask if the Requests should become a Incident, and automatically group the Requests into an Incident Ticket.

Typically, several tickets will be received before an 'incident' is realized, and going back and turning tickets into incidents.

Then being able to make a Note which will automatically be sent to all the tickets that are part of the incident (with capability of making Note for individual tickets as well). So something like a checkbox that the note will be applied to "All" or just the individual ticket.
