FEATURE REQUEST - add scrollbar in "quick add note" interface from queue

If the web browser window is short, say on a MacBookPro screen with a pixel height of 800 and you want to use the "+" sign from your ticket queue to add a note, the window that appears draws the "Save" and "Save & Email" buttons below the bottom boundary of the window, making them unavailable.

Please add a scroll bar to the window!
