Duplicate Custom Fields / Default Email Subject

Firstly, I'd like to suggest a feature to allow Ticket Custom Fields to be duplicated in the same way that I can duplicate an Action Rule. I create many different custom fields and then need to scroll through thousands on request types to add that custom field to. It would be so much easier to duplicate an existing Custom Field so it's automatically associated with all the relevant Request Types and then all I'd need to do is change the Name, priority etc. At the moment, having to scroll through and tick hundreds out of thousands of request types really drags out the process.

Secondly, being able to customise the subject line of default emails would be beneficial to our clients so they can get a quick overview of that the email regards. Eg:

Currently - Ticket 123456 Open (Updated) - This is the first line from my original request ...

Proposed - Ticket 123456 - Closed by Joe Blogs - This was the solution to the ticket...


Currently - Ticket 123456 Open - This is the first line from my original request ...

Proposed - Ticket 123456 Open - Your ticket has been assigned to Joe Blogs

Currently - Ticket 123456 Open (Updated) - This is the first line from my original request ...

Proposed - Ticket 123456 - Open (Updated) - Ticket has been re-assigned to Jane Doe.
