Child Ticket View

When looking at a Parent Ticket in the "Linked Child Tickets" section, there is a column for "Client", which is empty. When creating Parent/Child tickets in WHD 12.3, there isn't even an option to change the Client, so the column will always be empty.

It would be far more beneficial for a Tech Column to be present in the "Linked Child Tickets: section, since different Techs are assigned the Child Tickets.

Please change the Client column to a Tech column.
