Hi!
I see there is an "attachments" option under Tasks. However, it does not appear to allow you to attach anything directly to the task. It looks like you would have to attach to the ticket that is created from the task. We have set up several reoccurring tasks to create reminder tickets for our Tech Department. It would be nice to be able to attach instruction files or images to these reoccurring tickets that could help remind us how to perform the task.
