Aging Ticket Report of Active Tickets

One of the most requested reports in Web Help Desk is the Aging Active Ticket Report.  What clients want is the number of Active tickets (being not Canx, Closed, or Resolved) separated by 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and Over 90 days old. It would be nice to also be able to break them up by Client, Tech, Request Type, Priority or whatever all on the same report.  Thank you,
