does web help desk work with webhook?

can we integrate NPM with WHD using a webhook?

besides creating a ticket via email or webconsole, can tickets be created from webhook from alerting tools such as NPM?

There is some functionality in WHD to get data from from any/all of 3 Orion-based products into WHD.   Those products are:   NPM, NCM, SAM.

There are 2 points of integration possible:

  1. You can set up an Asset Discovery connection to one of those 3 products and pull asset records from them into WHD.
  2. You can set up a connection to the Orion console under Setup --> SolarWinds Integration that will allow the system to create tickets automatically from Alerts generated in the Orion console.  Within the SolarWinds Connection that you've defined, you can specify filters to define which Alerts should generate tickets.
