Hello,
I am just starting to look at the WHD. Can a tech using WHD send out maintenance notices to distribution groups?
We would like to co-corporate the option to have the Technicians to be able to send group notices. Such as a server maintenance, that would go to all users affected, either by create a new ticket or attach to and existing ticket or problem.
If so where would I find the option or setup.
