I'm hoping to be able to use the WHD API to push request details and notes to Salesforce. Does anyone have any experience or information about doing this? I've found nothing online.

Yes, but haven't looked in detail. I'm on the Admin side rather than Dev, so was hoping someone could give me tips on what direction to go in. Mainly, I'm trying to find out if it's even possible. I'll look more into the documentation, then talk to Dev to see what they think.

Yes, but Samanage (now SWSD) is a completely different product. Nothing at all in common w/ WHD.

You could technically email to/from WHD and Salesforce, but beware of formatting issues and possible email looping if doing this.
This isn't to say integration with Salesforce isn't possible, it certainly is and I've done so in the past (no longer have the code and if I did it wouldn't be functional anymore)... it's just incredibly annoying to implement and cannot be done without code.
The reason why you haven't found anything online regarding integration is that the code and cost required to develop the integration piece isn't worth doing.
