WHD 12.7.1 - Upgrade issues

I am running Windows 2016 Server with WHD 12.6

When trying to run the upgrade installer for 12.7.1, the installation gets stuck on "Please wait - Webhelpdesk is being configured for your system. This may take a moment..."

I left it 2hrs and nothing happened.

Any ideas?
