Is it possible to trigger an action rule on a specific approval step of an approval process?
Once a ticket has received final approval I would like for it to be auto-assigned to our bookkeeper (a tech) for processing.
Any ideas?

To use an action rule to do this you would need to choose "on all Ticket updates", "every time", and then here is what we did
Create a new status type called approval -approved with an auto close ticket time of 1 business hour.
From our approval status type change the approved status type to Approval - Approved then you can run the action rule(s) of your choice.
