JAMF -> WHD Inventory

Currently we are using 2 JAMF instances. We have an on premise server for our computer. We have a cloud JSS for our mobile devices.

We are using WHD to inventory our computers from our on premise JSS and our computer are moving over just fine. Enroll them into our on premise JSS and the next day the computers are in WHD. Great.

Not so great with the cloud JSS. Our cloud instance is NOT syncing inventory from Jamf to WHD. So our 2,500 iPads must be inventoried twice (and maintained in both as well).

Is this a bug, or does anyone have a cloud based Jamf JSS where the mobile devices are syncing properly? If so, I would love to hear about your configuration.

We have a cloud-based instance of JSS tied into WHD without any issues. However, we have only one instance of Jamf, so that may be the issue. Perhaps WHD is not able to tied into two separate instances of JSS.

Are you getting inventory information from both computers and mobile devices?
We have found that only computers come over, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, Apple TVs) do not.
