Issue with MS Edge with 12.5.1 up

HI there,

I've got a bug logged regarding this one but just wanted to see if anyone else has this problem. Before jumping to 12.5.1 we setup a test server to gauge the changes. One issue we noted while using MS Edge was when a request type has several custom fields the form doesn't render correctly when the window isn’t maximised or on smaller screen resolutions (19” screen or below) causing an overlap of the page header. See attachment as an example. The bug is also present in 12.5.2 and appears regarless of the style used.

Anyone else had this problem or found a workaround? Hopefully the devs find a resolution soon, we can't move to the new version until this is resolved as Edge was adopted as our main browser (unfortunately).

I know support likely checked this with you but did you by chance ensure your using the newer version of the CSS template. (Flat Buttons CSS Template v12.5.1 and later) note in the name it says for 12.5.1 and later. There is a different one (Flat Buttons CSS Template v10.3.1 - v12.5.0 ) for older releases.

Hi there,
The issue appears on a vanilla install with default CSS. I've tried the other CSS templates and the issue remains. I presume this is a problem with a syle but not one that can be changed thought the interface.

The default for 12.5.1 and later using Classic CSS shows like so:
If it does not display this way then there is an issue back-end and I would recommend doing a repair by running the help desk installer. (make sure to take a backup beforehand)
If you do see the same as above with the Classic view then upload your custom CSS here and I'll take a look when I have a moment.

HI there,
The issue appears with a vanilla install, default or custom CSS but "only" when there are multiple custom fields and the window is re-sized or the computer has a 19" monitor or smaller (1280*1024 or below).
As I say this has been logged with SolarWinds support and they accept it as a bug with the 12.5.1+ releases. Just interested to see if it has had any impact on anyone else's upgrade plans.
