Import SSL Certificate

I want to import crt wild card certificate in Solarwinds Web Help Desk software. It give me error that PKCS#12 can be import. I searched admin guide and read the process through Portecle. When I try to open Portecle, it gives me error "Snapshot in upload".

Kindly need help to import certificate in Web Help Desk.

What version of WHD are you running and are you running Portecle.bat as Local Admin?

If using 12.5.1 or newer you should be able to try importing the cert from the web UI and see what happens. (Success Center )
