How to reset admin account

I just started working with a company who had an IT consultant setup WHD for the company. He didn't document anything in the setup.

My question is:
Is there a way to reset the administrator for the WHD or give someone else access to the system? Right now, anyone logging in gets the default client page, no one else is setup with administrative rights.

I believe you'll need to know your company's SolarWinds ID (SWID). If you don't know it you'll likely need to contact SolarWinds Customer Service. This page has a bit of detail: Frequently Asked Questions about Customer Portal accounts and logins

I had to to open a ticket with Solarwinds Support and they remoted in and updated the db to reset the admin account. All good in the hood.
