I am having an issue with an account. This person can not send an email to the Web Help Desk. When they try to, they get a message that the email address is not recognized. I did some researching and it appears the email has to be linked to a valid Active Directory account, which it is. My only guess is that I should delete and recreate the account. However, I am not sure how to delete an account from Web Help Desk. Any help would be appreciated.
