Can someone tell me what they do for tickets that sometimes come in with no department approver role defined? We get a large quantity of tickets and sometimes departments change without my knowledge.. then we will get a ticket in pending approval limbo and it creates a delay until someone notices it.
Can I find these tickets flagged in the database? Does anyone know what table/column stores the information needed to identify these tickets?
All I can find are these:
ticket_approval ERROR
tcket_approval_step ERROR_CODE
tlcket_approval ERROR MESSAGE
None seem to do the trick that I can tell
