Wondering how others are keeping track of Contracts?
I know I can put in a Purchase Order for a contract, but there is nothing in the Assets > Purchase Orders that will remind me to renew the contract. It would be nice to have fields for TYPE (Software, Hardware, Service) and Reminder Interval (based on purchase date), such as Yearly, Monthly, Every 2 Years, etc. Also a field for # of Licenses which can be used for compliance.
Would also be nice to be able to setup relationships between software and hardware, or between software and services, or between services and hardware, etc that would be tied into Assets, so Asset scanning for software would automatically update the CMDB to let us know that we are (non)compliant.
