I have a situation where I have a split client base and I am trying to find a good way to handle them differently with WHD. I have my more modern client base that I am going to authenticate in to WHD using an Active Directory domain and force them to enter tickets via the WebUI and that looks like it will work out perfectly. My legacy client base I would like to have not authenticate in to WHD but instead either use email or a Web Form to enter tickets; ultimately I don't want to have to maintain a client database for these types of clients. Unfortunately I haven't found a good way to do this. If anybody has any suggestions or feedback I would be very interested to hear it; thanks!
