Attached files with incomplete domains

When my clients attach screenshots in their help requests, the attached links display an 'incomplete' domain.

The link should say Open "http://helpdesk.neenah.k12.wi.us/helpdesk/Web...

Is there a setting in WHD to change this?

This will be set to whatever you entered as your server DNS name
Setup -> General -> Options
Put your fqdn there and it will update all your attachment links.
