Alert Mails not going out

Hi Team,

In one of our SQL server we have installed DPA and configured alerts , mail server.

Alerts are working fine but mails are not triggering to the intended people.

Can you please help us in fixing the same.

Note :

We are currently using a trial version of DPA, once we setup every thing and if it works fine will purchase a license.
