Additional options when a custom field is selected?

Hi All,

Is there a way to enable or disable custom fields in a Ticket when a person clicks in a Yes/No field? For example.

There is a Yes/no field that asks if the user will need a computer, if the client selects "Yes", it would display another field where the user can give more details about the computer. If the client selects "No" the field would stay hidden.

You can track this under the existing feature request you cant up or down vote as its status was recently changed to What were working on.

This is something i am struggling with as well.
I would like to make it as dynamic as possible for the colleaques.
