Why am I getting 'Access Denied' in the SEUM MONITOR?

I have a SEUM recording which works fine when I use playback inside the SEUM RECORDER on the Orion server, but when it is assigned into TRANSACTIONS then it's first step gets a failure of 'Access Denied'.

This recording was done on an internal help desk web server which uses domain credentials. Again, the playback recording does not fail. Any ideas???? Thanks!
