WPM monitor for site that only works with IE11

We are need of a web monitor for a vendor application that only supports IE11.

Since it work on the newer WPM recorder, I am hoping to try the deprecated Web Recorder, but I haven't been able to locate a download for it. Is there someplace I can download the deprecated Web recorder?
