Ticket Reporting

Add the ability to determine the “number of tickets closed in X time” and the “number of tickets that have been open for X time (less, equal, or greater than)”. Generally speaking time-based metrics are important and seem to be lacking. Advanced metrics based on averages, medians, modes, range (high/low), and standard deviations would be welcome.

Absolutely agree with the above... Also, how about LINE graphs?  A simple chart showing volume by month is missing, or volume by day/time, etc.    These are all very pertinent types of information that management wants to see.
