Stop non-Visible to Client tech notes appearing on emails

eWhen a ticket has tech notes that are ticked as hidden i.e.not Visible to Client, when the ticket is emailed to the client it still shows the hidden notes.  How about when the ticket is emailed any tech notes that are flagged as not visible to client are not within the email?

Along the same lines - can we make it that all notes are not visible to the client as default?  Or at least make this an option in the WHD server settings i.e. Visible to Client Default setting - On / off.
