Web Help Desk: to be able to refer to particular assets from a bookmark or other external source - a static URL for each asset.
For instance, to use externally-printed asset labels with a QR code that points to the asset entry in the Web Help Desk system.
If I open an asset in Web Help Desk, the address displayed with information such as "WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/wo/37.7.22.0.0.0.0.2.1.0.4.9.1.5.1.9.0.5.3", which is only valid for that specific browser session.
I would like a link that is static and will work from any browser, for instance something like "WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/wo/asset=123", similar to the method that is already available for tickets etc.
