Scrolling Dates and Time

In Tickets, for both Due Date: and Scheduled Dates, I would like to see the fields allow you to scroll up/down to advance/go back in time. The icon for Calendar can remain.

For example:

In the Date field for both Due Dates and Scheduled Dates, TODAY would be the default date seen. Click the mouse on the date and scroll up and the date would scroll to the future. Scroll down and the date would begin scrolling to the past. Make it easy to adjust dates, yet allowing the user to still use the calendar icon or to just type in a date as well.

The same for Time. Instead of 2 seperate popup menus for Hour and Minute (and separate radio buttons for AM PM), have 1 field for time, with the default being what time the field is clicked. Then scroll UP to advance the time in the future, and scroll down to go back in time. Change the field to a text box (instead of popup menus) so that a Time can be typed in as well. The current system is 'kludgy' and takes longer than hoped.

Also, for Scheduling Dates/Times, there should be a preference that will set the default for To: based on the From: So if you want the default to be 1 hour, when setting the From: the To: would automatically be set 1 hour later, allowing the user to adjust.
