Option to make tech a required field

Option to make tech a required field

I would like an option make [Assigned] Tech a required field for certain status types.  The idea is to prevent the closing of a ticket without first assigning it.  There may be other status' you'd want to apply this logic to, such as "Resolved", so the likely place for this option would be in the options for Status Types.

Set up a rule to check for that.  I set up something similar to set the ticket status back to open if a tech tries to close it without having recorded any work time.
