Simply put, I'd like the functionality to be able to keep approvers from having to approve their own requests. Presently under our current setup, all clients submit a ticket and one of up to three location approvers (managers, assistant manager, etc.) approve the ticket; in addition, if an approver at that location needs to submit a ticket it is still required to be approved. Most often the approver simply submits the ticket, then goes to Approvals, then approves their own ticket, but this can be somewhat an annoyance if multiple tickets are to be submitted.
I'd like to have the ability have approvers, but exempt them from actually having to approve their own tickets.
