Location Group is our primary Request Type filtering field. Since, with over 1100 Locations, it is impractical to check each individual Location to filter by "Specific", we must use Location Group or All.
However there is a critical need for us to either have a request type associate with multiple Location Groups, OR a location to be in more than one group.
This is a rather urgent need in our shop. I realize that this will mean establishing a Many-to-One relationship between Request Type and Location Group OR Many-to-One relationship between Location and Location Group. And that in turn will change your programming. But the advantage to us, you customer, will be very big!
Please give this immediate consideration.
