Link multiple Problem tickets to a single parent Incident ticket

Typically if you have an incident you may have several problems that are related to the initial incident.  There needs to be a way to link multiple problem tickets to a single parent incident.  I would also vote to eliminate the auto closing of the incident ticket when the child problem tickets are closed.  The child tickets shouldn't be closing the parent ticket, which would be especially important if you have multiple problems linked to a parent incident ticket.

It should also be possible to create a link to the parent incident from the child problem ticket.  Currently WHD requires you make the link from the incident ticket, but it would be nice to create the link from within the problem ticket.  I would also really appreciate if the child/parent relationship was made more apparent from within the ticket as well as the list of tickets.  Perhaps grouping linked tickets by color, certain color for child and another for the parent?

To me the incident / problem ticket linking ability is critical for following ITIL ticketing best practices, so it's frustrating that these features are not available when Solarwinds advertises this software as following the ITIL strategy.
