Hours for other Techs.

In our firm our Technicians are often out on the road and too busy to fully update a job. Several times it's been asked if I as the helpdesk manager / admin could update a job for them and add in the hours. However when I try to do this it obviously logs the time against my user name which is not what we need.

I think having an option for Admin users to update a job on behalf of another technician is a very good idea for those times when the tech is simply not able to update it themselves, without the admin having to reset the tech's password and then log in as them which is rather annoying. A simple drop down box to specify which Tech account to gain the hours would be perfect!
