FEATURE REQUEST - Assign Request Type by Connection Filter

I have an alert being sent from Orion to Web Help Desk when a component goes down.  In the config, you set a default request type by connection (I have only one).  It would be preferable to set the default based on the filter since different filters would have different request types.  My situation is this...Orion sends an alert to WHD which creates a ticket with default values.  I have an action rule based on the component name and status to change the request type (and other properties) to the proper value.  When the component goes back "Up", the integration changes that request type back to the default.  A workaround is to create an action rule for each component type to change the type back to the type assigned in my first action rule, but that is not desirable because of the amount of action rules I'll eventually have as well as having a messy ticket history showing a bunch of changes to the ticket.  I wouldn't limit this feature request to only the Request Type.  Since the filter is set up in WHD, I would think you could make many fields available for default values after the filter.  You could then eliminate many action rules which will clean up the ticket history.
