FAQ instead of Requests

In a Service Request ticket type, I would prefer the side TAB to be FAQs instead of Requests.

I would rather (as a Tech) be able to quickly look at FAQs based on the Request Type, than be able to Link or View similar Requests.

Of course, when clicking on the FAQ side TAB, it should default to a search of the Request Type of the current Ticket, but allow for modified searches as well.
