Email direct from Notes entry

I think it makes sense to have the option to send or email the notes entered while entering them rather than having to save and then send.   I wish when you select standard notes meaning visible to the client or customer as well, it should just send automatically or give a second button to save and send in one action.   I typically add only notes or solutions anyone can see.   I have regular email for off line comments.
