Be able to point multiple Request Types to one FAQ

We have several groupings in out Help desk.   However multiple groups have similar/exactly the same Request Types (such as Email - Google Mail, or Hardware-Dell Laptops) all of these Request types should be able to point to one FAQ for common help text across all groups.  The alternative is to create one FAQ for each Request Type that all say the same thing.   This is a nightmare!!  Maintenance of multiple FAQ is asking for hassles.  Not to mention the work of copying the same FAQ solution dozens of times.

We consider this to be highly important, and would like to see this in the next release.
