We have rules setup in our WHD to auto assign tickets to technicians if their name appears in the subject line of the ticket. My name is Tom and that has led to any ticket with the word "customer" to get assigned to me since my name is in the middle of that word. Is there a way to specify that the subject has to contain the word I'm looking for plus a space after?
add an extra condition to the rule to DOES NOT CONTAIN 'customer' in the subject
