We're still in the process of finalizing our Web Help Desk setup. One thing that we haven't figured out yet is what information WHD reads when a user sends an email to create a ticket. Is it possible for a user to post, for example, their location in the body of an email and have WHD pick up that it's a location and fill in that field on the ticket? Or does it just take all the information from the body of the email and copy it into the details section of the ticket?
