I am getting complaints from clients and techs that WebHelpdesk is sending duplicate emails. My first thought was someone was double clicking on the save & email button and the software was reading that as two separate clicks. And to be honest that may be part of the problem. However looking at the data in table History_Entry the timestamp on the email send event is exactly the same down to the millisecond. It doesn't happen all the time - seems random. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
