Hi, I'm new and our school district uses Web Help Desk for inventory and problem ticket tracking. With COViD I am working on creating a way for student to enter tickets for the chromebook devices that need repair. I was thinking that I could use the client profile department field set to student to set the request type as chromebook repair as the default Help Request Type when the Request table is active. But I don't know where I should start. Or is the Processes the place where I can set the action of Profile.department == student Set Help request default to Chromebook repair
