WHD not eligible for upgrades with subscription?!

I'm posting here since support seems slow, confused, and ostensibly useless. We just upgraded WHD from 12.4.x to 12.5.x and our license key will not work for activation. My question is, with a yearly subscription, shouldn't we be able to upgrade to the latest/greatest versions without purchasing the software again?

If anyone else is having this issue, you need to call SW support and have them do a license reset on their end to resolve the issue.
