need to change the Field E-mail to read AD Login. Where can I change this?

Have you set AD / LDAP Connection yet under Setup -> Clients? If yes, you can change "Client Login Attribute" under Setup -> Clients -> Options. Please note that Techs always use their user name to log…

Have you set AD / LDAP Connection yet under Setup -> Clients? If yes, you can change "Client Login Attribute" under Setup -> Clients -> Options. Please note that Techs always use their user name to log in, regardless of this setting. There is no AD/LDAP for Techs.
