We are running WHD 12.7 on Centos7 & Postgress db. Users are reporting when they try to open new tickets, they get prompted to update their profile and they get thrown in a loop if they try to update. Odd behavior...!!
Thisa bug which need to be fixed by SW
If you have a client profile field that are "required" and that are not currently populated, then this bug will happen. Short term solution is to change the field(s) to "Editable".
I suggest you create a support call to get them to fix it.
