WHD 12.7.2 - Group Tickets not showing all tickets

I am currently the manager or level tech for all request types. When I go to the Group Tickets tab I do not see all the tickets that are listed as part of the groups I am assigned to. Is anyone else having this issue? Can you provide some support on how to make this work better?

  • You need to be a member of each Tech Group, which are aligned to all Request Types that you need to see in the Group Tickets tab. If you are not in those groups then you won't see those tickets in your Group Tickets tab.

    There are other known issues, but let me know if the above is not the case.
