Using variables in a ticket

Is it possible to include variables for things like last updated user / last updated date in a ticket note?

I want to create a bulk action to close inactive tickets and add a note like "this ticket has not been updated since %updatedate%,  It is being closed due to inactivity"

No, it is not possible using the existing features of Web Help Desk (to my knowledge).
