When I had a training session the trainer showed me how to create another user and all the tickets where being sent to the test user account instead of mine. So once I deleted that account I was able to move the tickets to my account and they appeared as they should have. I did not realize that the trainer did not delete that test account when he was done. So always check to see which account the tickets are being assigned to if you have more than one Admin. In my case I am the only Admin account.
